Brotherly Love.....

Brotherly love. Owen and Ian (now 5 weeks old) sitting on the couch together watching Ice Age. A very cute and short lived moment. But during that time, Owen was thrilled to have Ian sitting on his lap, and Ian I'm sure was happy to spend time with his big bro. They are SO cute, but I am biased!

Easter 2010

This year was Owen's first year coloring Easter eggs, that was an adventure! We had lots of fun, made a huge mess, but the poor eggs didn't make it. Oh well, at least Owen thought his green hand was neat- and he was able to thoroughly enjoy it since it was stained for a few days! haha! This year we celebrated Easter at our house. What a great holiday, I loved having the family together! David, Rayna, David's mom, and Franchescia made a great meal! The Easter lamb was delicious. No Easter would be complete without a Easter egg hunt. Owen and his cousins had a great time finding eggs! Of course Ian was a perfect angel, so spoiled already!

Ian's First Month

It is absolutely amazing how much joy children can bring! I can hardly imagine life without Ian now. He is such a good baby! Owen is a fantastic big brother- always hugging and kissing Ian. Our newest member s growing SO fast! I wish I could slow him down a little so I can savor each and every moment (except I would like to fast forward through the sleepless nights! haha!) Ian weighs 10lbs 2 0z, and is 23 inches long now. He has already outgrown all of the newborn, and some 0-3 month clothes, and he definitely has the Finkell feet, because who knows what size shoe he wears (his foot is growing SO fast, I can't keep up! haha!!) We are so blessed!
