4th of july FUN!!

What independance day would be complete with good friends, awesome hamburgers, fun wedgies, and a beautiful fireworks display complete with sparklers. The Corrales family joined us, and we had such a great time!

Lets go to the Races!

It's time for the races again! Owen, a very cranky Ian, and I met my Dad, Tommy and Uncle Don in the infeild at the races in Daytona. It was the Nationwide Coke Zero race, and we had a blast! Owen is following in his Grandaddy's footsteps being a race fan. We had the opportunity to go into the infeild this year, and Owen couldn't believe his eyes. He loved seeing the race cars up close, and of course, compared them all to "Lightning McQueen" (which he says is the fastest race car in the world!). Ian enjoyed them too, in between being extremely fussy. We all had a great time, and I always enjoy spending time with my dad at one of his favorite places!

For Owen's 3rd Birthday we all took an adventure to the Island of Sodor (Juniper Springs) and had the BEST party EVER!! Everything turned out perfect! Owen (and I) were so excited!! Owen and all of his friends (Stacia and Kayla Benner, Logan and Noah Martin, Jaidyn and Ethan Corrales, Devon, Rowyn, and Cooper Picard, Elijah Meade, and Trenton and Baby Will) and family had a awesome time swimming, playing ball and going on a scavenger hunt to find Salty's lost Birthday Cargo which lead to the Pinata. Owen even had special help blowing out ALL of those candles on his birthday cake!!! What a great day. I thank everyone who came out to help and share this special day with my little boy- who is growing up so fast!!
