What a blessing. Our little boy, Ian Matthew Hogan was baptized last Sunday! He was such an angel! He slept through mass, and woke up just in time for his big event. It seemed that he knew that it was for him, and he listened to every word that Father Mallick said. He was so attentive! Not even one tear shed when the holy water was poured over his head! His Godparents, Orazio and Sonia Penserini were wonderful! Such an honor to have them as his Godparents. We were blessed to have so many family and friends help witness this wonderful event. Not pictured here, the Benner family, Cookie and John Ulrich, Sister Juliet, Diane Lemon, Margie Handon, Ben, Father Bart, Carol Pagio. Thanks so much for all those who helped make Ian's day so special!

St. Augustine August 2010
This August our family came over from Italy. The first part of the month our cousin Sonia and her good friend Sara came. We had such a good time that I didn't take any pictures - I can not believe it! Last week Uncle Orazio, Aunt Sonia and Flory came to Ocala. Last Wednesday David, Orazio, and Micheal went deep sea fishing in St Augustine, and Rayna, Sonia, Flory, the boys and I hit the beach! What a great day. The fishing boys caught 9 1/2 fish (8 1/2 tuna and a Barracuda- they interrupted the barracuda's dinner) which made an excellent fish dinner! The next day we visited the fort, and of course great shopping. Rayna took us to a very authentic Italian pizza place- delicious.
