Hollywood Studios Feb 23 2011 We did it! We made it to Disney on our first family vacation! Owen was very very excited! First on the ride to Orlando we watched "Cars" in the car with a Lightning MacQueen car hat on! We are truely in the spirit of everything Disney. When we get to our first destination of Hollywood studios we are all in high hopes for an amazing time AND of course to meet the mouse himself- MICKEY MOUSE! We are equipped with the first time at Disney button, and our Mickey hat. Which we wore everyday religiously throughout the entire vacation. Owen HAD to wear it. Ian, of course ripped off the button the first chance he could get to it! Owen wasn't too sure of the green army men from Toy Story walking around, but he did get a kick out of Handy Manny. The boys really enjoyed the giant set of "Honey I Shrunk the Kids" It was the best playground EVER! Ian was soaked from head to toe after he was finished playing in the waterfall. Owen even touched a giant ant with 1 finger! Of course after a hard day of play we HAD to end it with a Mickey mouse ice cream! Can't wait for tommorrow!
